By clicking "Submit" you agree to the following:
- I authorize the Bureau of the Public Debt to use my Zero-Percent C of I funds to purchase the security(ies) as shown above.
- I understand that when I purchase a Zero-Percent C of I, it will not earn interest. I acknowledge that it is only to be used to fund the purchase of other eligible securities.
- I certify that all of the other information on this form is true, correct, and complete.
- I understand that the price for my security purchase(s) will be determined at auction through competitive bidding, and that the final price will not be known until after the auction is completed. I agree to pay this purchase price, which could be less than (a discount), more than (a premium), or equal to the principal amount I indicated above.

- I acknowledge that the Bureau of the Public Debt will place certain restrictions on my ability to transfer the security(ies) for at least 45 calendar days after it is issued into my account.
Securities are generally issued to your TreasuryDirect account within one business day of the auction close.
