What you can do on this page:
Review your purchase information before submitting a request. Just double-check the registration and purchase details. You can select the "Edit" button to return to the applicable Buy Direct page (depending upon the security type requested) to make any necessary changes.
If you purchased a Note, Bond, or TIPS, your selected Maturity and Interest Payment Destination(s) (if applicable) are displayed. You can edit the payment destination from your Current Holdings for Marketables > Summary.
By clicking "Submit" you agree to the following:
- I authorize the Bureau of the Public Debt to debit and/or credit the account at the financial institution shown above.
- I certify that all of the other information on this form, including information about the account at a financial institution, is true, correct and complete.
- I certify that I am authorized to perform transactions for the account at the financial institution listed above.
- I understand that the price for my security purchase(s) will be determined at auction through competitive bidding, and that the final price will not be known until after the auction is completed. I agree to pay this purchase price, which could be less than (a discount), more than (a premium), or equal to the principal amount I indicated above.
- I understand that the availability of my security purchase is subject to change. I acknowledge that the Bureau of the Public Debt reserves the right to change my requested purchase date(s) or cancel my purchase request based on this availability.
- I acknowledge that the Bureau of the Public Debt will place certain restrictions on my ability to transfer the security(ies) for at least 45 calendar days after it is issued into my account.
Securities are generally issued to your TreasuryDirect account within one week of the auction close.

- Click "Edit" to make changes on the appropriate Buy Direct page.
- Click "Cancel" to discontinue the purchase process and go to your previous page.
