What you can do on this page:
When you cannot remember your password, even after seeing your reminder, you begin the process of verification and changing your password here. Your TreasuryDirect account number is already filled in, so you are only required to enter your Social Security Number.
Primary Actions
- Click "Continue" to proceed to answering the security questions.
- A valid entry takes you to answer Additional Security Questions.
- An invalid entry may result in a lock on your account, depending upon the number of attempts you make.
- Click "Cancel" to discontinue the process and exit TreasuryDirect.
