New Features of TreasuryDirect

Several improvements have been made for your convenience. Customers with JavaScript and cookies enabled may now register their computers so they will be recognized upon log in. If you choose not to register your computer, you’ll need a one-time passcode which will be e-mailed to you each time you access your account.

Whether or not you choose to register your computer, your account number and password are needed each time you log in. Additionally, you'll be asked to choose a personalized image and create a caption. Your personalized image/caption is displayed on the password page each time you log in and helps you to know that you are on the authentic TreasuryDirect website.

These new features make accessing your account convenient, while providing a secure environment for your investments and your personal information.
